About

Hi, my name's Chelsea Freeborn and I am a breathwork facilitator originally from Los Angeles, Ca…

My first experience with breathwork was from a young age when I was invited to partake in simple breathing techniquesto learn how to self regulate. When I was 14 I had a near-death experience where I lost complete control of my breathing and was put on a ventilator and tentatively had to learn to re-breathe after five days of being in a coma.

These techniques stayed with me as I grew further into my life's path While working towards my own Addiction recovery, In 2010 I commitment to getTing sober. I moved to New York city. Quickly, realizing that getting sober was only half the process.

I Vastly Immersed myself in a variety of modalities to process my Own traumas and addictions. I found PRANIC BREATHWORK. and became a frequent student of KADAMPA MEDITATION CENTER., Ananda Ashram and Golden Bridge Yoga.

After a trip to India I ungraciously went into a vipassana meditation retreat in Himachal. Where I developed a further understanding of breathwork and dove head first into the power of HEaling thru Somatic breathwork experiences. Leaving a beauteous and deep eagerness to understand and studying healing as Much As possible.

Over the course of 15 years I have studied HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK, SHORT CIRCUIT BREATHWORK, RE-BIRTHING BREATHWORK, NEODYNAMIC BREATHWORK, YOGIC, and SHAMANISTIC BREATHING STYLES. While committing to the continual study of life via the breath and trauma release. Currently, I’m Studying TRE, Biodynamic breathwork, and studying with my teachers from the Art of Living. I have continued to deepen my own personal practice with Anapanasati Breathing via Vipassana Meditation and A various styles of Somatic Body Release for Trauma .

Collectively, I have weaved all the knowledge of many powerful styles of breath into a simple Set of psychedelic modality to help heal, transform, and safely process trauma. This work aids in recovery, and has been able to offer clarity to many in maximizing their fullest potential and staying connected to their own power of knowing that we are all our HEALERs.

sometimes all it takes is just one breathe.
